Terms of Service & Service Agreement

01. What You Are Buying (License & Template Use)

When you purchase a layout from SeaGull DT, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the template for your project.

• •No Source Code Ownership: You are buying the right to use the layout, not ownership of the layout itself or its underlying source code.
• •No Reselling: You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license our templates in their original or modified form.
• •Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your service, your license expires, and you will lose access to the layout and the website.
• •Your Data: While the layout remains ours, your data is yours. If you leave, we will make our best effort to provide you with a downloadable export of your database as quickly as possible, subject to technical limitations.

02. Pre-Launch Free Bundle & Content Editing

During our pre-launch phase, you receive a one-time free service bundle to customize the aesthetics of your layout (adding logos, changing background/text colors, and fonts).

• •The Work Queue: We are happy to edit your text content for free at any time, but these requests are processed in a queue based on our current workload.
• •Structural Changes: Any changes to the actual structure of the page are a paid service, billed at our absolute minimum technical cost.
• •Coming Soon (Self-Service): We will soon provide a tool allowing you to edit your website's text directly. Once this tool is live, you assume full legal responsibility for any content you publish.

03. Account Balances, Paid Services, & Refunds

To ensure urgent requests (like bypassing the free queue or structural changes) are handled without delay, we advise charging your account wallet in advance.

• •Fair Consumption Policy: You can cancel and request a refund at any time. You will be refunded for the remaining, unused period of your layout license, not the time that has already elapsed.
• •Wallet Refunds: If you cancel your service entirely, any unspent real money in your account balance is refundable, minus a standard administrative fee.

04. Hosting, Uptime, & Backups

We host your website on a virtual machine to ensure better performance and stability.

• •Best Effort Uptime: We operate a 'best effort' hosting environment. While we strive for constant availability, a drop time of less than 1% is expected and normal in this industry.
• •Backups: Regular backup services for database applications are offered for an additional fee, charged strictly at our actual cost.

05. Prohibited Conduct

To protect our platform and other founders, you agree not to attempt to breach our security features, artificially manipulate wallet account balances outside of the provided interface, or upload malicious code to our application servers.

06. Limitation of Liability & Errata

We build high-quality tools, but SeaGull DT templates and services are provided “as is” without any warranties.

• •We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital assets.
• •Additionally, materials appearing on SeaGull DT could include technical or typographical errors. We do not warrant that all materials on the website are perfectly accurate, complete, or current at all times.
