Licensing Policy

We want to keep the legal jargon out of your way so you can focus on building your business. When you purchase a layout from us, we want you to understand exactly what you are getting, who owns what, and how the license works.

Think of this license like renting a beautifully furnished storefront: you own all the products you put inside it, but we own the building and the architecture.

Here are the simple rules of our layout licenses.

01. What You Are Actually Buying

When you pay for a layout, you are purchasing a non-exclusive license to use that design for your business on our hosting platform.

•You are not buying the layout itself.
•You are not buying the underlying source code, the database architecture, or the copyright to the design.

02. Who Owns What (The Golden Rule)

We believe in a very clear separation of property:

Yours:
You own 100% of your business data. Your logos, your text, your images, your domain name, and your customer database belong entirely to you.

Ours:
We own the layout, the structural design, the code, and the hosting infrastructure.

03. The “One License, One Website” Rule

Every layout license you purchase is valid for one single website or project.

•You cannot buy a layout once and use it to launch five different websites for five different businesses.
•If you want to launch a second business using the same design, you simply need to purchase a second license.

04. What You Cannot Do

Because we keep our corporate structure sleek and our prices affordable, we rely on our customers to play fair. By using our license, you agree that you will not:

•Attempt to access, download, or copy our underlying source code.
•Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the layout to someone else.
•Reverse-engineer the design to host it on a different platform or server.

05. If We Part Ways

We hope you stay with us for a long time, but we understand that businesses evolve.

•Because this is a license tied to our hosting environment, if you decide to cancel your service and leave, your license immediately expires.
•You will lose the right to use the layout, and you cannot take the design or the code with you to another host.
•As promised in our Service Agreement, we will always do our best to help you export your data (text, images, and database) so you can start fresh elsewhere.

06. Updates and Improvements

As the digital world changes, we may push updates to the underlying code of your layout to keep it secure, fast, and stable. Because you hold an active license, you get the benefit of these behind-the-scenes technical updates automatically, as long as your account is in good standing.
